I ordered a phone and a watch, deposited the money but did not receive the order, spoke to the support department on 0800 .. but due to my poor english I asked to be contacted by email but did not receive it. Can anyone help me on this. I am Polish nationality.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
