How do I check the data/credit balance on a pay monthly sim that’s in a device not my phone?
I don’t pay by a bank balance

Text BA to 150 from the device holding the SIM.
Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your SIM device (I presume a mobile router) by WiFi to see your data & credit status.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
