Hi, my name is Dan, a week ago I made a contract with the EE phone company and I still haven't received the phone I ordered, I mention that I paid 50 pounds, please solve the problem, if not I will cancel the contract with you

@Dan7823 : If you ordered by phone or online you always have a cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
