Hi, I ordered a new phone on the 20th of December and it still hasn’t been delivered, I am bit worried, so what do I do?

Did you get a confirmation of your order and are you able to track your order status online at all? Also, was your phone in stock when you ordered?
I would give EE a call after this amount of time to get them to look into it for you x

I received an email confirming my order and no I can’t track my order as it says it has timed out. Yes the phone I ordered was in stock.
I just don’t do well over the phone, but thank you
