Hey,
Hoping to get an answer without having to phone if possible as advised on site.
I've ordered the Samsung S20 4g on Sunday morning. I was told it was in-stock and would arrive yesterday (Monday) it hasn't arrived and no updates on when it why it hasn't arrived today (Tuesday). Tracking page says order confirmed and estimated delivery is awaiting conformation.
Any updates on this order and delivery date?
Another question is that I see free delivery is offered on the EE website but I was charged £6.98 for delivery and not informed about the free delivery.

You would need to be in an eligible postcode area for Enjoy superfast delivery, you can find out more on our What is Enjoy superfast delivery with expert set-up? help page.

I can't see anything about a postcode on the FAQ help page about delivery.

The eligible areas for Enjoy superfast delivery with expert set-up are within the How does Enjoy superfast delivery with expert set-up work? section.
You can book an appointment for your delivery in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds, Nottingham, Bristol, Sheffield, Cambridge, Cardiff or Liverpool when you place your order online.
Once your order has been processed you will receive another email and you will also get a text message from DPD the day before your delivery, if you would like an update on the order please get in touch with our Mobile Care team.
They can help you with the order and also look into the free delivery for you.
