I ordered a new sim card on Saturday.... still waiting ... EE now scolding me by Text for still using my old sim .... I’m self isolating and need the upgraded sim for my wifi... it would help if EE could simply ensure it arrived quickly rather than sending me unhelpful texts!!!!!

@rshacks  sim cards are sent out second-class Royal Mail.  Depending on when it was posted will depend on when you’ll receive it.

I was promised first class post.... but that is not the point. I have to wait for it to arrive but to receive texts from EE telling me I’m not using it yet is a bit rich!
