Iphone 12 mini order

Hello,

 

I ordered my phone last saturday 25th september 2021. Was told I'd get it 24h later. However, when I check the "track your order"  link, it says, I'm still waiting for the phone with the new plan order, and it keeps saying "Awaiting confirmation".

 

When will may phone arrive please?

Thanks for coming back to me. 

 

This model us currently showing, 'available to order, usually despatched within 7 days' Once we have an update your order tracker will be updated. 

 

You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking information as soon as your delivery slot has been confirmed.
