Hi, I ordered an upgrade plan and new device 10 days ago-i received the order confirmation but nothing since? Could there be a problem, should I be concerned? The device I ordered wasn’t out of stock but was with a Nintendo switch deal-I’m concerned as this is for a Christmas present-the added Nintendo switch was the appeal-of it isn’t going to arrive on time I wish to not upgrade nor renew the contract.

What phone did you go for?
Have you tried tracking your order using the online tracker? All you need is your order number which can be found on your confirmation email.
Alternatively, I would recommend following the advice @Chris_B has given and speaking with customer services.
