Order tracking

Hi,

I ordered a Samsung s21 256gb in phantom pink on the 23rd September, on the 8th October my tracking changed to dispatch expected within 24 hours, I've checked the dpd app and there's nothing expected, is this just the backlog still or should I be concerned?

Have you had any contact from DPD providing you with further delivery information?

 

What does the order tracker show today?

Hi,

I have had no contact from dpd and when I put the order number in it just says oops something went wrong.

 

The order tracker still says dispatch expected within 24 hours, same as it has said since the 8th October

Our courier will get in touch with your tracking details once your order is ready for delivery. 

 

If you wish to check on your order I would recommend giving us a call on 150.
