Order problem

I ordered an upgrade from just a sim card to a phone on November 4th and its already November 30 and the only email i got from that order is the confirmation and the order number for it other than that nothing. so i decided to phone customer service and i stupidly failed the security questions and i was advised to go to an actual store to sort it out. Is this the only option for me? and if so what do i need to bring along other than an ID, i just want to make sure i got all i need before going there and do i need to make an appointment or can i just pop in?

You won't need to make an appointment, just pop in to your local EE Store with your photo ID and they'll verify your identity so you can access your account.
