After the mess up with the pre orders of the iPhone pro the store cancelled the order on the 23rd and then had to put a new one through when they realised the phone they were going to give me was actually their demo phone. I was told it would be up to 14days for me to receive the phone - now on day 13 and I still have not been given a delivery date. I received an email and update to say ‘your order is on track’ which personally I feel is a kick in the teeth as it was an update about the lack of updates you have! Can someone help?! I’ve been going round in circles since preorder date on the 16th October!

Hello @GeekyJo.
What colour and memory size did you order?
I would love to see our current stock level/wait time for you.
Katie 🙂

Thanks Katie,
it was the 128gb in gold on the 23rd.
what is most annoying is after 2 trips to the store I had the phone in my hand until they realised it was their demo and couldn’t be given to customers 🙈
thanks

Hello @GeekyJo46.
I can imagine how frustrating that must have been.
I have checked our stock and can see we are still waiting for stock from the supplier.
As soon as your device is on its way you will receive a text message.
Finger's crossed it's not much longer for you,
Katie 🙂
