iPhone 12 Pro

Hi guys, 

 

recently placed an order for an IPhone 12 pro pacific blue on 27/10/2020. Was talking to love chat about a status update on the phone and they said it could take around 12/14 days to be dispatched with DPD! Just wondering what the returns policy is? I have to return my current phone (iPhone XR) and the return pack says it has to be with them by 11th November, but I won’t have my new phone by that time? Do I still neeed to send it or can I wait for my new phone to be delivered first?

I would recommend getting in touch with our customer care team who can ensure you don't have to return your device till you have received your shiny new phone.
