Hello! I ordered a phone and dpd came when I was not at home, now they sent my phone back to EE, tell me what to do now?

@Iulia1988  You’ll have to wait till EE have processed the return device and your account says your eligible to upgrade again.    You could try call customer services to see if they can do anything to help.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If this is being returned to us, your order will be cancelled and you would need to order the device again.

 

If this was an upgrade your contract date will be amended once the device has been returned.
