Hi, I placed an pre order today for the new note. It was a fiddle but got there. The email back is a xko number. It says in the email
Your order’s being processed. We’ll let you know when your device is on its way.
Just so you know
If you’re just upgrading your plan, we won’t need to send you a new SIM in the post. We’ll update the one you’re already using.
Look out for a text
We’ll send updates to....
Does this mean I've been accepted as my contract renewal is September? I need to know as the offer only stands for premium orders. Many thanks

Thats great news. I have been on a payment plan due to the virus but it gave me the option to choose an upgrade. Thanks so much for the fast reply 😊
