I have moved over from Three to EE when getting my Sim card on the EE website I went through the procedure of logging all my details and it also asked me for a PAC code which I gave. I have now got my EE Sim followed all the steps shown and still have the EE number and not my old one. Am I missing something, I tried doing the application again but it won't allow me to use the same PAC code as I have already used it. I'm so confused.
