Hey guys quick question, I placed an order for an add to plan accessory earlier today, I received my xko number on the next page however I have received no form of email confirmation, I just want to ensure my order was placed and accepted.

Hey. I'm in the same situation as yourself. Ordered the nintendo and got my confirmation number but no email. By time I went to screenshot the page it had logged out.
Just wondering the same as you, if we have got it or not

I ordered the same thing however I managed to grab a screenshot of my xko number, just need to find out what's going on with the order, I understand the console is in high demand currently however it does state my order was successful and a confirmation email should be sent immediately

I've just rang them and been told unfortunately its out of stock and shouldn't have allowed me to get that far 🙄!! Hence why I havnt received my email.
