Hi. It’s been over 28 days since I ordered my IPhone 12 pro 128gb in pacific blue. I still haven’t received any updates on where it is? Is there any other way to track it or find out what the delay is?

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro 128GB Pacific Blue on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible.

Ok I get that you’re behind on orders but how far back does that go? When I ordered the phone it said it was in stock. I’m worried it will not be delivered before Christmas.
