I opted to do an Anytime Upgrade to the iPhone Pro Max 256GB Pacific blue, when I submitted the order I was told by email that it was out of stock, after chatting with the ee agent I switched to the Graphite version which was in stock on the website.
4 days later, still nothing from ee or DPD, order status is just "Awaiting Confirmation" and the website is now stating 7days and now 21days for Graphite, and In Stock for Pacific Blue!! The colour I originally wanted!
I'm not sure what more I can actually do to get this phone before Christmas? EE state I need to return my existing phone by 31st December! That's gonna be impossible if I'm waiting 3 weeks for my new phone!

If you would like to discuss your order, I'd recommend speaking to the Mobile Care team. They have access to your account and will be able to give you more advice.
You won't be expected to return your phone until you receive your new one.
