Phone delivery iPhone 12

Ordered my new phone on the phone but my plan hasn’t updated in the app and I’m still yet to receive my phone, I was promised it would arrive on Monday and I have to still pay for delivery

Have you had a text from DPD about your delivery?

 

If not, have you checked our online order tracker?

I haven’t cos I never received a confirmation email so I’m confused

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.

 

They will be able to access your account and give you an update.
