IPhone 12 pro max pacific blue delivery

I made an order for the iPhone 12 pro max pacific blue on the 10th of December and was told it was going to be dispatched within 14 days. Iv seen that other users are having long delays with their orders and wondered if this specific model was having delays also and if it will still be with me within that time scale?

 

I also paid out the remainder of my contract to do the upgrade and still had a full bill taken out my account today. Why is this when I paid the remainder? I understand there is a usage fee but don't understand why iv just paid a full bill when the contract has been paid off a week ago.

It will be best to keep an eye on our online order tracker for updates on your order.

 

DPD will contact you when it is ready to be delivered.

Iv been checking every day and just says awaiting confirmation. I'm aware it still has a week to come I'm just wondering if EE are keeping up these timeframes or if it will possibly be delayed?

 

Also are you able to address why iv been charged for a full bill when my contract and phone have been paid out in full?

You'll be notified when there is any movement, and DPD will text you when it's ready to be delivered.

 

What do you mean by your contract and phone have been paid out?

 

Did you pay an early upgrade fee?

Yes.
I gave EE a quick call and was informed that once the phone arrives I will be refunded anything owed as she could see that the bill would have taken the original payment down.
