Good morning!
I placed an order for iphone 12 Pro Max 256gb yesterday - get confirmation e-mail but no order number issued so unable to track. Can anyone help?

Same issue here.
Ordered the same device on Monday 30th, received an email saying expected delivery would be 1st December. Nothing further since, and not able to track either.

Hi both,
If you're unable to track your order, the only way to get an update would be to contact our Customer Care team.
They may also be able to provide you with an order number.
