Lost order again!

Hi,

 

Yesterday I placed an accessories order to be added to my account and got email confirmation; however this morning when I tried to check the status on the order tracker it tells me 'sorry, we can't show your order details right now'. I had to place a second order for another item a few months ago because the original one mysteriously vanished then too. Seems to be a common occurrence for me. 🙄 After I placed the order yesterday it told me I could add 0 accessories now as I used up the last add-on accessory, but this morning it is showing me I can add 1 accessory to my plan again. Does that make sense?

 

Trying to get hold of a representative is proving to be a nightmare and since I haven't had any updates despite the product showing as being in stock I am inclined to just go ahead and place the order again unless a rep is about on here to help me out? Order number is: xko******* Thanks!

Yes, you're right this is showing as in stock still. 

 

Both Black and White are available to order.
