Hi, I was due my upgrade on the 19 November so I done this for iPhone 12 pro I had a email to say order confirmed but since then Iv heard nothing! I know there will be a back log but surely it can’t take 2 weeks to click a confirmation button so my upgrade can be sent out. I though that upgrade was a simple option. Been with we for years now and never encountered this problem before thanks.....

Hi @Jon_K its 128gb pacific blue, yes checked status on it all it says is order confirmed no delivery date or nothing

Hi, am getting the exact same issue. I’ve ordered a IPhone 12 Pro Graphite 128gb but all it states is that the Pre-Order is confirmed with no more additional information. But when I did speak to the EE employee when I upgraded my phone, he did state for this phone it could take up to 28 days. (Possibly working days)

@AzharKhan Well if that’s the case I won’t be getting mine till next year as they not going to deliver Over Xmas are they lol I know there is a back log for a week or two but a month to confirm a upgrade is a bit excessive...

The expected delivery time for this phone is within 28 days.
You'll get a text from DPD when your order is ready to be delivered.
