Upgrade

Good morning, 

 

I am wondering if anybody knows a rough timescale for processing of upgrades at the moment? I appreciate it is going to be a lot slower than normal with current conditions but I placed an upgrade order yesterday morning and instantly received a confirmation email which told me to look out for another email/text with delivery info - this text hasn’t arrived. 

 

I only ask because my partner and I upgraded our devices at the same time with different networks. Her brand new Oppo Find X2 Pro on O2 arrives this morning via DPD - she ordered about 2:30pm yesterday.
I’ve heard nothing from EE and put my upgrade through earlier than she did. 


any advice from anyone who’s recently upgraded really would be much appreciated 🙂 

 

those who say to call EE - I will straight after work if it goes that long. I don’t have 45 minutes to wait on hold before then, hence turning to the community.
