Order Didn't Arrive

I received a delivery date and time with Superfast Delivery but it didn't arrive.

I did not receive an e-mail or text in advance (only the delivery date and time given when I placed the order).

Tracking my order doesn't seem to be working so I am not sure how to find out about the order.

Any suggestions?

What phone did you order?

 

Please also provide colour and memory size so I can check our current stock.
