Oppo A72 Free Nintendo Switch

Hi there,

 

So I ordered my Oppo A72 on the 16th November and have been using it ever since. It showed me no information on my order about the Nintendo Switch but I did receive a text with a PDF link with the terms and conditions on the Switch also stating I will receive my switch in 15-25 days. It's now been 27 days and I have had no further updates, could anyone please advise as this was intended as a Christmas present for my son.

You will need to speak to EE CS on 150 if you are now outside the expected delivery date.
