Hi,
My contract (4 phone numbers as we're a family) ends by end of this months after 2 years. I'm absolutely satisfied with the service and also with my packages. Also, I still have free roaming within the EU.
What if, I don't want to upgrade? Am I going to switch to a monthly rolling contract automatically with the same amount and keep the free roaming?
If I upgrade, the cheapest, with the same package, will be at least £12 more than the current one and lose my free roaming.
Any advice?
thanks

Hello @looky.
Thanks for coming to the community.
If you are happy with your plan and do not choose to upgrade your account will continue but will be out of contract.
Katie.

Hi @looky
Mobile contracts in the UK are not fixed-term contracts that need any action from yourself at any point,
All that happens at the end of your minimum term is that you are free to upgrade, change to a SIM-only, or give disconnection notice - if you want to.
If you want to simply continue as you are, you are quite free to do so.

Thanks Katie,
Just for confirmation. EE will not force me to upgrade in any way? With my current package I'll still be able to use free roaming within the EU?

Hi @looky
Thanks for coming back to us.
You can find information about roaming in our EU Roaming After Brexit, Help page.
If you would like details on the 10% discount, please see our End of contract notification and out of contract discount, Help page.
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Thanks Leanne,
I'll then stay as it is with my package as there is no better option for me.
About the 10% out of contract discount is not for me as I'm a SIM only customer. Am I right?

Hi @looky
You would need to be a mobile customer with a handset as part of your plan who has been out of contract for three months or more.
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.
