Hi, 

 

I am trying to log into EE perks but its saying my account has been deactivated because the registration process was not complete in time, and it won't let me create an account. 

 

Is there any way to reset the account so I cant get back in?

My better half has the same problem. The system will not accept her login address. If she tries to set up a new account it states her work email has already been used and she needs to login (using the email address that won't work). Bit of a catch 22

Ideas?

Could she have used her personal email address as her login?

No we tried all that. No email will allow access
