Only receiving 100GB of 160GB data plan

I’ve just found out I’ve only been getting 100GB out of a 120GB plan and I’ve nearly run out but when checking through the app it tells me I’m on a 160GB plan but it’s not displaying on the main page of the app, so do I have to use up the 100GB for it to refresh and access the rest of the data or will it just run out when I hit 100GB? 

Any and all help is appreciated.

@Crazymanwitt  If you look at add ons on your EE account does it show you have a 60Gb add on ?  If it does this will start to be used when you have used the 100Gb first. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It says my plan is 160GB but tells me I only have 20GB of additional data on top of the 100GB, but I’ll use up what’s left and hopefully it gives me the rest of the 120GB, or I’ll be out of wifi for bit 

It didn’t switch over, it’s now on reserve data

As this hasn't switched over ads we would expect, I suggest having a chat with our customer care team. They should be able to ;look into this and put right anything that isn't as it should be.
