Online itemised text and call usage has disappered

Hello,

 

I have always been able to see my recent call/text usage ie the number called/texted alongside the date and time on the app under current usage but this feature has disappeared this afternoon and I’m not sure why? Any ides?

Can I just check, when you say you could see the itemisation on the app, do you mean the My EE app? 

 

Do you pay to have itemised billing at all?

I'm having the same issue. Can I anything to resolve it. I never had to call to access this information before.
