I requested that my old number be transferred to my new EE phone when i signed up - when should I expect that to happen? - I've received no communication about it.

A number port is usually completed within 48 hours of giving us your PAC.
If your number port goes beyond this time, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.

@BOBChasse Is this an upgrade ? have you transferred from another network ? is this on contract or pay-as-you-go ?

This is a new contract phone with EE, I'm wanting to transfer my number from the Three network.

Yes I gave you my PAC number and my existing phone number as part of the sign up process. That was yesterday.
