I recently moved to EE from three, and used a PAC code from Three to port my number over. The problem is I had a VERY old EE sim card linked to my online account (In addition to the new one and I had no idea it was there) and the number has transferred to this old sim card, and I do not have this sim card any more.
How can I transfer the number from the old ee sim, to the new one?

Hi @smith85
You cannot transfer numbers between EE Sims, you will need to request a SIM card for the transferred number (old SIM)
Thanks

I may have missed something here, but there is nothing inherently wrong with using an old SIM card if it's working.
Are you experiencing any service issues, that make you feel you need a replacement SIM?

Yes, I do not have this sim anymore so cannot use it unfortunately.

Unfortunately I'm not going to be in the UK for a few months so getting a new SIM card is not that practical for now. Looks like I've got a new phone number!

Yes it's one from years ago which had been switched to a pay as you go.

Thanks @smith85.
Do you know if this line was active when you used your PAC?
Was the SIM working?

Yes, it was active and the number has been imported correctly, I can see it in the online account. I have tried getting a pac code to transfer it back out of ee, but it requires a confirmation code to be sent to the number, but not having access to the sim card I have no way to access it.

Thanks @smith85.
If you don't have access to it, you'll need to give your PAC to our Customer Care team so they can manually process your number port.
