Hello. I’ve lost my EE pay s you go sim abroad. With all the Covid stuff it’s unlikely I can get to UK or receive any posts. What Are my options to keep my line open? Can EE send me an eSIM or a virtual SIM?

Hello @Madbullah and welcome to the EE community
Sorry to hear you've lost your PAYG SIM abroad, firstly I'd recommend reporting it lost by calling EE C/S on +44 7953 966250
When you report your SIM lost, EE can arrange a replacement to be sent to your UK address.
The hibernation policy requires that you have chargeable usage at least once every 179 days (6months) to avoid your number being hibernated, you then have a further 90 or so days to restore your number before it is recycled and permanently lost.

Hi @Madbullah
Thanks for coming to the community.
Please get in touch with our Pay as you go Care team to get the SIM blocked and the team can send you a replacement SIM to your UK address.
Sorry we are unable to send you a SIM card to a non UK address.
Leanne.

I just said I am abroad and cannot get. Replacement sim from the UK. Can I get an eSIM? If it is posted to my address I’m hoping my mother can send me details to input into my phone.

Sorry to say, but there is no way around this.
eSIMs are not available to PAYG customers, and my understanding is there is a postal element to the process anyway (for valid security reasons)
If a friend or relation has access to your UK address, they can collect your post, activate the SIM and forward it to you.
It is important they use the replacement SIM on EE's UK network first, before sending it abroad - otherwise it won't work on any foreign network and you'll end up back where you started.
