O did pre order my iPhone 11 pro max but didn’t received any confirmation

Didn’t get any email or any sort of confirmation after done my upgrade with iPhone 11 pro max.

How did you order? Was it over the phone, website, live chat or in-store?

I did through live chat... a bit weird as I’ve said I didn’t get any confirmation. Also it was a pre order and I didn’t receive nothing yet but the phone are already available to buy right now. Makes me wonder if really worth to do the pre orders.

You don't always get a confirmation email through live chat as all of the information is shared on-screen, @Decamargovagner.

 

We send out devices in the order they were purchased, whether this was online, in store, or over the phone. This is true for pre-orders too.

 

The delivery timescale may vary though depending on which colour and size variant you purchased.

 

If you'd like to check your order to make sure everything is OK, I recommend getting in touch with our Mobile Care team.
