Number transfer form not available

Hi, 

 

I was looking to transfer my old number to my new ee sim. I follow the link on this page:

However, it just goes back to my account page. Is it possible to transfer numbers or is there something that I'm missing?

im just going around in circles on the website, is there a link i could use to access the transfer number form, the link on the website isn't working.
