Number ported over but NO signal

I sent in my request to port my number over on last Thursday after 5.30pm so I knew nothing would happen till Monday. 

Monday morning I lost signal on my Vodafone sim and then on my EE sim for it then to come back with only a 3G signal and switching to edge. After few hours I have no signal at all. I thought I’ll wait it out till midnight and still no difference.

 

The Vodafone sim has no signal yet I’m still receiving text messages on their. 

I have an iPhone and changed my number in settings! I’ve reset network settings and turned my phone on/off multiple times. Removed the SIM card and re-inserted.

 

Can anyone advise? Never had an issue like this before and I use my phone for business too and it’s frustrating.
