Hi I got a new PAYG flex sim and wanted to transfer my old number from O2 I completed the online form before 5:30pm & still haven’t received any texts or updates after 24 hours. Could you please tell me if I am doing something wrong?

@cfcblue795 Call customer services and give the the PAC code. I wouldn’t recommend the online form to anyone. Do this today ( now ) and you number should migrate tomorrow. Do this tomorrow and your number might not migrate till Tuesday as ports don’t happen over the weekend.
