Hi,
I have taken out a EE contract a few days ago and done a number transfer from 02. Got the text that the transfer was successful but it has not gone through successfully... I can receive, make calls and receive texts.
However, I cannot send texts to anyone. I have called multiple times and done various tests with EE to no avail. The sim was working fine up till the number change.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Yep tried restarted, put the sim in another phone and tried texting....it is S20 FE 5G... EE said it could be the sim that has gone faulty but said there is no guarantee that it can be that which makes me abit worried

The Message Centre is the no to direct msgs so they can be routed onwards. It's like a Sorting Office.
Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & it is now sorted.
