Cancelled contract and returned the phone.Not refunded yet

I've cancelled my contract with EE (within 14 days) and I returned the phone.They have it but I didn't get the refund (upfront payment) yet.

@Athanas75  they might have received the device back but they need to process it, check it make sure everything is still okay with it and then you’ll should be refunded within 7 days.
