Nothing 'enjoyable' about Enjoy.

Absolute rubbish! Stayed in specifically for delivery of a required device. Throughout the day received multiple texts regards their outstanding service & their 'Enjoy' expert. Even 15 mins before delivery time I received a notification saying 'We're on track' & 'Your 'Expert' will call you soon before their arrival. So I waited & waited then with 30 mins left of my delivery window I get a text NOT even from them but EE saying 'sorry we are unable to deliver your phone' please ring 'ENJOY' to reschedule - I HAD TO RING THEM!!??. On receipt of my call they could only reschedule 24 hours later in the evening (what was wrong with first thing!!) Get new a delivery partner EE!

Exactly same as my experience, ordered upgrade on Monday, phone was in stick and was pleasantly surprised to get a notification that it would be delivered that evening between 6 and 8pm

Shortly before 8 I received a notification saying that they (enjoy) would not be able to complete the delivery at this time and to call or click the link in my email to reschedule.

I did this and the same thing happened this evening, I've rescheduled for Monday, if it fails to turn up, I'm cancelling my order. I'm sure I'll get a similar deal elsewhere.

I'm sorry to hear your delivery hasn't been completed yet. Don't hesitate to get in touch with Customer Care if it doesn't arrive on Monday.
