Not recieved returns pack

I still haven't recieved my returns pack and my deadline is the 13th Feb. Can anyone suggest what I can do to ensure its back by the deadline?

If you're doing a trade in, I recommend speaking to Brightstar directly so they can look into what's happened with your returns pack. You can find their contact number and email address on the trade in website
