lost contact

hi i had a ee number which i lost the sim card to, i had a few contacts they were even saved to my email adress but when i chaned sim and phone i lost certain contacts how do i get them back please its important that i get them back

i backed them up on that sim card but i lost it

I am sorry if the contact was saved to the SIM card and not backed up anywhere else, this would be lost.
