Not receiving my bonus data for joining

Hi I changed to ee pay as you go recently, it said for the first 3 months you get double data but I havent received any after buying my pack, does it kick in once you run out of your normal allowance of data? If not why am I not receiving it?

@Jezadams1992 : What you get with those Summer Data Offer SIMs is the normal data pack + an extra data add-on for 3 months. When you buy the data pack you get the extra data add-on auto added on.

 

Have you looked in your Add-ons? What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
