Did your number port complete on the 23rd of December or is this the date your contract started?
Are you able to call other networks?

Port was completed on 5th jan .

Yes I'm able to call other network but like my wife my friend use vodafone they cant.
Every time they call it says(unable to reach).

U called them yesterday but no hood reply they said its shocking they havent heard any thing like this before and I am charged for my bill to even i didn't recived proper service.
