Hello,
I pre-ordered a Pixel 5 which arrived today. However the Bose headphones that were included for free were not in the package.
Will they arrive separately? I haven't heard from EE or DPD that they will.

To claim your gift, visit the claim portal from 14 days after your purchase and complete the claim form including your proof of purchase and an image of the IMEI which can be found on the box or in the settings menus.
Claims must be made within the claim period which is 14 – 45 days from the date of your purchase.

I'm the same. I was told you have to Redeem them from Google but haven't received any information on how to redeem them!

Right so i've looked into it. And I think you redeem through the google website - i'm not too sure if EE help in prompting you there or not. Here's some more info https://pixel-offers.com/bose/en-GB/support

I ordered on the 14th October. I (finally) received my phone today. Above it says you need to wait 14 days from ordering, when you go to claim it says "You have waited 14 days from receiving your Pixel 5 or Pixel 4a 5G before starting this claim".
Which is it please? 14 days from order, or 14 days from receiving? I don't want to apply, get declined and make the process difficult!
