Not a great start.

It's lovely to see you guys having a great time with the your shiny new Iphone 12 PRO MAX.

 

 

 

I on the other hand had a bad experience yesterday; 

 

No contact in the morning although lots of you received your ETA. I had to call EE to chase things up.

 

Although I provided EE with my number that I will be porting over, they had DPD send the ETA to the new number allocated to the sim card that's being delivered, (didn't get the DPD email).

 

Received the ETA at 2:30 and had been allocated 2-3?

 

I waited, waited and waited, come 6pm, I rang EE again, after being on hold for 40 mins, I was told, "driver has taken the parcel back to the depot". The customer service representative couldn't ring DPD to chase or make any prioritisations for the next day.

 

I then contacted DPD and arranged delivery for today. Let's hope it arrives today.

 

Not a great start but hopefully the experience should get better.

 

Anyone else have issues with their order yesterday.

Today! No ETA from DPD. 

 

I have been in touch with the CS @ DPD who advise, we will keep an eye on it., what that means, I have no idea!

Have you downloaded the DPD app? This will show you where your parcel is and when it is on route. This is linked with your email address and home address.

 

Did the Customer Service team at DPD advise that the phone was back out for delivery today?

I have used the app and it still advises the parcel is at the Middleton depot.

I've spoken to customer service at DPD who say they are trying to get the parcel to me today.

 

But it's getting to the time when it looks like no delivery again today!.

 

Seriously unimpressed.

I've now received a call from DPD Middleton who advise, the representative did not book the delivery correct on their system and will now be delivered tomorrow.

So much time wasted waiting and chasing the delivery.

Hopefully your tracking information will be updated and you can see this on the DPD app now that they have resolved any issues.

I'm sorry to hear DPD haven't been able to get your phone to you today. Have they said when it will be arriving?

@James_B they said "Tomorrow".

 

But I will remain optimistic for the last time. Otherwise the CEO of EE will know about this experience.
