So I moved over to EE from 3 mobile last year, I brought my number and ever since I cannot receive any calls or texts from people on 3. When they try to call me they just get a dead line tone. This is a whole network that is unable to call my number. I'm a sole trader and I only found out when an old client contacted me on social media and asked if I had stopped trading or changed my number.

Thanks. I've been on with customer service, nice lady in technical tried to fix the issue, she contacted 3 but had no luck. had to be passed on to another department for investigating, Someone is calling me back on Friday to update me on it.
