Hi I’ve placed an order for a iPhone 11 Pro Max and I’ve received an email with an XKO order number. Looked on tracking and can’t find anything and upfront payment hasn’t been taken?
Have I been accepted?

I'm having the same issue now, first time payment was declined and got onto the bank as EE said it was an issue that end. Bank checked everything, said nothing was amiss and to try again, now been 4 days without money bring taken and no further response. Payment isn't even pending on my account. So frustrating!!!

I'd recommend getting in touch with our live chat team so they can help you with this.
They will have access to your account and be able to check your order has been made successfully.

Unfortunately the live chat said wouldn't allow me to discuss an upgrade via that medium, I don't know why. However I called 150 and a very nice man on there was able to help me and get everything sorted out no problem!
I will now have my upgrade very shortly 😁

Hi, there appeared to be some kind of issue on the system, but when I called it was all easily sorted out. Hope you've got it sorted too!
