No update since confirmation

I ordered an upgrade on the morning of 08/01/21, a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE (5G) in cloud red - says its dispatching within 1 working day but since the initial confirmation order I have had no further update. I've tried the tracker with my order number but it just says there's no information available.

Sat on hold to speak to someone for almost an hour before giving up, and the guy on Live Chat said he wasn't able to access any order information!

Is the online tracker still not giving you an update?

 

If the tracker can't give you an update, the best way to find out more information on your order is to give us a call.

Still nothing available on the order tracker.

That's all very well but I'm autistic and find phone calls really difficult - the first time was bad enough and I didn't even end up getting to speak to anyone. I really can't do that again. I just want to know what's happening with my order, I'm assuming it hasn't even been processed yet or there would be an update on the tracker.

Hi @rfro9.

 

DPD will send you a text when your order is ready to be delivered.

 

Until then, the best thing to do is to keep an eye on the tracker.
