Just to confirm, do you have two phones showing your call history?

 

If so, are they both iPhones' using the same Apple ID?

@Clairehenderson  Have you removed the other device from your Apple account?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
